Be part of our talented and growing team We are currently looking for a Sr Manager, Branch Network Training, to join our team, reporting to the Director, Branch Operations.

As a Sr Manager, Branch Network Training, you will lead the development and delivery of scalable training programs for our national branch network, supporting over 260 branches and 1,000+ employees. You will build and manage a formal job-specific training infrastructure, ensuring consistent delivery and rapid adaptation to evolving operational needs.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Develop and manage national training programs aligned with operational goals.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development content.
  • Standardize training materials and delivery methods across all branches.
  • Partner with regional leaders to identify and address local training needs.
  • Implement feedback loops and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of instructional designers, trainers, and facilitators.
  • Ensure all training materials and sessions are accessible in English and French.
  • Eliminate inconsistencies in training delivery across branches.
  • Improve time required to achieve proficiency and autonomy as a branch employee
  • Close gaps in frontline staff training and access to learning tools.
  • Build agile training systems that respond quickly to business changes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years in training program management or L&D leadership.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through training initiatives
  • Experience in multi-site or decentralized environments.
  • Strong instructional design and project management skills.
  • Bilingual communication (English and French) is required to interact with clients across Canada, with approximately 75% of interactions conducted in English.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and blended learning models.
  • Proven ability to lead training initiatives during periods of organizational change or transformation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams around training goals
