We're looking for a 
Sales Representative

What You'll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Acquire new clients and grow the market.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues on projects and account openings.
  • Manage and service existing accounts.
  • Some travel required.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Energetic, well-organized, and passionate about business growth.
  • Motivated to achieve (and exceed) sales targets.
  • Skilled at handling objections and overcoming challenges.
  • Valid driver's license, access to a car, and a home office.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of the personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution industry.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Reside within the territory.
  • Experience in optics.
