Sales Representative

What You'll Do
- Identify new business opportunities within your territory.
- Acquire new clients and grow the market.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations (PowerPoint).
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues on projects and account openings.
- Manage and service existing accounts.
- Some travel required.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Energetic, well-organized, and passionate about business growth.
- Motivated to achieve (and exceed) sales targets.
- Skilled at handling objections and overcoming challenges.
- Valid driver's license, access to a car, and a home office.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Knowledge of the personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution industry.
- Experience using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Reside within the territory.
- Experience in optics.
