What you'll do

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness.
  • Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to provide exceptional service and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
  • Uphold janitorial standards by following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Support housekeeping management in training new staff members on best practices.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices.
  • Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
