What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and client activations

  • Participate in lead generation and follow-up activities with a focus on converting prospects into customers
  • Represent our clients' brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at events, pop-ups, and retail locations
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze campaign performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interest in marketing, sales, or brand communications
  • 0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or volunteer work is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and coachable with a team-first mindset
  • Full-time availability, including flexibility to work weekends when required for events
