Business Development Manager – Heavy Haul Division

This hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, based out of either Edmonton or Calgary.

What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new opportunities in the heavy haul and over-dimensional freight market.
- Build strong partnerships with shippers, manufacturers, project leaders, and logistics coordinators.
- Work closely with operations to ensure accurate quoting, route planning, and flawless execution.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and develop responsive strategies.
- Prepare and deliver tailored, high-impact proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within transportation, logistics, or heavy haul.
- Strong knowledge of over-dimensional freight, permitting, routing, and project planning.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
