We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Cardiac Sonographer Technical Director to lead our echocardiography program and uphold the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Responsibilities

The Cardiac Sonographer Technical Director is responsible for the overall technical and operational leadership of our sonographers. This includes ensuring clinical excellence, compliance with accreditation standards, oversight of technical staff, workflow optimization, quality assurance, and collaboration with physicians to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality cardiac imaging services.

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to cardiac sonographers and technical staff.
  • Develop and implement protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure quality and consistency in imaging acquisition and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in staff education, training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) credential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiac sonographer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Expertise in adult echocardiography (TTE, TEE, stress echo)
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
