Our challenge

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong visual sense, a proven portfolio, and expertise in digital and print design to help elevate our brand presence. The role involves creating compelling visual content that aligns with our branding principles, marketing goals, and user experience strategies.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital and print media, including branding materials, infographics, UI/UX components, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and visual storytelling across all platforms.
  • Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay informed of digital marketing trends and incorporate best practices into design solutions.
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

You are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within banking, finance, or corporate sectors.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, including branding, infographics, and UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and user-centric design.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have:

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working within fintech or banking environments.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Certification in UI/UX design or digital marketing.
