Inbound Customer Service Representative

- We are looking for a RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE and TIME FLEXIBLE applicant for CASUAL/ON-CALL WORK ONLY.
Emphasis will be on those applicants WILLING to work On Call availability for all shifts.
This is an in-office position. We are a busy and growing 24/7 business and looking for people who like a fast paced environment.
SHIFTS can start:
DAYS: As early as 7am/8am and end at 2pm/3pm.
AFTERNOON/EVENING: As early as 1pm/2pm and end at 9pm/11PM/1130pm.
WEEKENDS: Varying but similar to times for days/afternoon/evening above.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITYAPPLICANTS WHO ARE SINCERE IN WANTING TO WORK , with low absenteeism and a desire to be a team player.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM PEOPLE WHO MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA
SKILLED IN:
- Customer Service with a HAPPY, UPLIFTING AND HELPFUL voice
- Good information retention
- PROFESSIONAL, verbal interaction with callers
- Comfortable with computers and typing speed of 55 wpm with accuracy.
- LISTENING to callers/ACCURACY in recording information and dispatching.
- Reading instructions and following them.
- FLUENT in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- We offer paid training.

Salary: From $18.00 per hour (This is the starting wage for training. Once training is complete, increases thereafter are based on performance)
