About the Opportunity
Our client is a Canadian organization that supports professionals who manage complex, multi-party client transactions through a technology-enabled workflow platform. Their solution improves communication, streamlines documentation, and keeps all stakeholders aligned from initiation through final completion.
About the Role
This role focuses on building and activating new partnerships across Ontario. You will prospect, qualify, run demos, and close agreements with professionals who handle high-value client transactions. It's suited for someone comfortable with high outreach volume, structured sales processes, and clear activity targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects through inbound and outbound outreach
- Work targeted lists of service providers and advisors
- Conduct 3-4 product demos per day
- Complete discovery to understand partner needs
- Close partnership agreements
- Support partner setup and initial onboarding
Requirements
- 1-3 years in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or junior AE roles
- Experience in service-based industries (hospitality, financial, property, etc.) or general B2B sales is an asset
- Strong prospecting skills
- Clear communicator across phone, email, and video
- Strong organization and CRM discipline
- Coachable, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven service industries
- Experience selling into multi-office networks or using an account-based approach
- Experience in tech or SaaS
Compensation & Benefits
- Base $65-75K, uncapped variable, $107-117K OTE; top performers can exceed $130K
