Integrated Operations General Supervisor

Reporting to the Integrated Operations Manager, you will be part of the Integrated Operations Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle's values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Lead the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), ensuring safe, stable, and optimized Mine-to-Mill performance.
Supervise shift activities, including pre-shift briefings, handovers, and alignment with mine and maintenance plans.
Monitor and adjust mine, crusher, and process plant operations in real time to maintain production targets.
Manage mine inventories and coordinate ore rehandling to support blending and throughput goals.
Respond to safety-critical events (e.g., TARP, fatigue alerts) and support incident management.
Drive production optimization initiatives across mining, crushing, and processing operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot IOC systems, including dispatch, process control, and communications infrastructure.
Compile and share accurate shift, production, and operational reports with internal teams and leadership.
Supervise and develop IOC personnel, including scheduling, training, and HR coordination.
Act as a key liaison with emergency response teams and other external stakeholders during critical events.
