Join Fleetway's Training team and help shape the future of performance at sea. We're seeking an Instructional Designer to support the development of modern training and crew solutions for maritime and naval projects, including the River Class Destroyer program for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN).
As part of our team, you'll contribute to the integration of combat and platform systems, ensuring sailors are equipped with efficient, accessible, and results-driven learning experiences.
