Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in BC and Alberta for a Demolition Heavy Equipment Operator. The Demolition Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery for demolition purposes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Daily tasks include excavator operation with shear attachments, pulverizes and breakers. Operation of other heavy equipment for various demolition activities to support projects, and performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Excavator Operation in a demolition setting
  • Skills in specialty attachment operation
  • Skills in Excavation, cutting grade/exposing utilities
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance
  • Understanding and commitment to safety protocols and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the environmental solutions industry is a plus
