Position: Car Wash Associate (Sales-Focused Role)

Location: Winnipeg

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $16.80/hour + commission opportunities

Schedule: Weekday afternoons/evenings and some weekends

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming experience
  • Work both indoors and outdoors
  • Operate car wash equipment and ensure top-quality results
  • Promote and sell wash upgrades and memberships
  • Handle customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Contribute to a fun, high-energy team environment
  • Opportunity for leadership training and advancement
