About the Role
As a key member of our Solution Sales Team, you'll drive growth in the French-speaking market by promoting our suite of voice communication and contact center applications. You'll build strong client relationships, uncover business opportunities, and deliver tailored communication solutions that help organizations transform how they connect with their customers.
In this bilingual (French/English) Account Executive Role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, introduce exciting new products, and act as a trusted advisor to clients both new and existing — positioning ComputerTalk as their go-to partner for Customer Experience solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the French market.
- Lead the sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to presenting and closing deals.
- Understand client needs to design and position voice, contact center, and unified communication solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends in cloud communications, AI, and contact center technology.
About You
- Proven success in Sales and Business Development, ideally in the technology or communications sector.
- 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong decision-making skills and confidence engaging with senior executives.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- University degree required.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
