Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced bartender with a good attitude and basic cocktail-making knowledge. You don't need years of experience, but you must have prior bar experience and a professional, well-groomed personality. Flexibility is key — the ideal candidate will also assist with other restaurant duties when needed.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

We've just got our new bar license and are building something exciting at The Masala Indian Kitchen and Bar We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable bartender who's ready to grow with us and help make this new bar come alive.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months – 1 year of bar experience (restaurant or pub setting preferred).

Knowledge of basic cocktails and spirits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, well-presented, and team-oriented.

Must be flexible with shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Your role:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Check customers' identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.

Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests.

Assist with restaurant duties (running food, clearing tables, etc.) when required.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
