Use collaboration expertise to drive proactive initiatives for Video/Voice solutions. Provide expert support and lead technical sales leads. Maintain knowledge of competitors' value propositions and navigate complex organizational structures. Achieve sales quotas and drive successful sales initiatives. Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities. Ensure high-quality pipeline management and strategic collaboration. Establish and maintain consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including executive leadership Develop and present outcome-based solutions tailored to customer business needs Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth. Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships. Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. Strong business acumen and customer trust. Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends. (i.e. "platform" / marketplace ). Comfort with new technology and AI New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.
