About the Role

We are seeking motivated resident physicians or senior medical students (MS3–MS4) to assist in developing and curating high-quality clinical datasets to train cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) models in primary care and general medicine.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of clinical decision support by helping design and refine datasets used to train AI models that assist in diagnosis, management, and triage across a range of medical conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, researchers, and data scientists to ensure that datasets accurately reflect real-world clinical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Review clinical documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Annotate and structure clinical data (e.g., diagnoses, medications, lab results, clinical decisions).
  • Collaborate with physicians, data scientists, and engineers to develop and refine annotation protocols.
  • Provide clinical input to ensure data and model outputs align with current standards of care.
  • Maintain strict compliance with data privacy and ethical research guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current resident physician or senior medical student (MS3–MS4) in good standing.
  • Strong background or interest in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:

  • Experience with clinical research, data annotation, or quality improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems or clinical documentation workflows.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, clinical informatics, or digital health.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
