We are seeking experienced and passionate cooks to join our team at Damecca Lounge. As a team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, and ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the restaurant manager and other team members to maintain a high standard of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu and recipes
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies and ingredients are available
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the kitchen and food storage areas
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow proper food preparation and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new menu items and specials
  • Manage food costs and minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
