Job description:

Job title: Electrical Service Technician – Build high speed and precision automated machines with World Class Brands

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our System Build team. You'll be responsible for wiring and assembling control panels, installing electronic components, field wiring, and supporting the electrical commissioning of high-speed automated packaging machinery. International travel up to 25% is required to assist our field-service team when installing on our customer's site

Key Responsibilities:

• Wire high-speed packaging machinery and field control devices with precision.
• Fabricate and install custom cables, harnesses, and electronic components.
• Interpret complex electrical schematics and bring them to life.
• Troubleshoot systems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
• Lead electrical installations and commissioning from test to customer handoff.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical/Mechatronics diploma or technician certification (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience in panel building, harness wiring, field wiring or automated machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read technical (electrical) schematics and diagrams.
• Professional communication in English (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% as needed.

Location:

Our headquarters is based in Concord, Ontario. A hub for advanced manufacturing with access to urban amenities, close to highway 400 and 407. There is free parking available on-site. Our facility is clean with great lighting, fostering innovation and collaboration
