ChampionX has an immediate need for a Regional Demand and S&OP Manager. This role is a change-focused leader who is dedicated to improving the performance of the Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service functions of ChampionX. This role will not only ensure alignment and consistency in processes but also involve designing new capabilities, deploying advanced tools, and establishing new performance measures. This position carries governance responsibilities for training materials, documented processes, leaders' standard work, tool usage, and design modifications. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy.
This is an 18-month contract.

Detailed Responsibilities
- Owns, manages and maintains the Customer Fulfillment OGSM
- Change Champion who works with senior Supply Chain leaders and other areas of the business to ensure alignment of transformation objectives.
- Demonstrates Supply Chain leadership and process expertise in Planning, Logistics, and Order-To-Cash
- Constantly in tune of industry leading practices and research studies on Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to achieve exceptional Customer Experience and Cost-Effective Operation
- Ensure consistent processes, metrics, KPI's policies are deployed and adopted globally
- Interact frequently with senior business leaders to understand current business needs and challenges to ensuring priority alignment
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and alignment to industry leading practices
- Ensures consistent reporting performance metrics globally
- Works with IT to ensure master data is maintained to the required quality and consistency
- Manages the CoE team
- Coaches CoE Team to ensure they are successful
- Works to ensure the CoE team are positioned positively across the business
- Owns and maintains consistent global processes, including DITL (Day in the Life), WITL (Week in the Life), and MITL (Month in the Life) frameworks. It ensures alignment of tools, templates, and policies across regions and functions to drive operational consistency
- Leads global governance boards to review changes, deviations, and performance metrics. The Director of CoE is responsible for auditing compliance with standardized processes, policies, and KPIs, and reporting results to executive leadership
- Defines and delivers training and coaching programs, maintains a living repository of job aids and FAQs, and supports onboarding and upskilling of planning teams. It champions knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization
- Owns the Blue Yonder (BY) environments, or any Functional Digital Platforms and defines the purpose and adoption strategy for each. Ensures data quality, manages master data governance, and supports teams with reporting and remediation plans for inconsistencies
- Implements and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, and service levels. It uses these metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive accountability
- As a change leader, leads transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, capability rollouts, and organizational redesigns. It works closely with senior leaders to align transformation objectives and ensure adoption of new ways of working
- Manages relationships with senior leadership, regional teams, and functional heads to ensure alignment with corporate goals. It facilitates integrated planning efforts across demand, supply, and finance
Position Details

- This role may require up to 10% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (minimum 4 years)
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
