Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Operations Manager, located in North York, ON. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered efficiently. Key tasks include managing clinic staff, coordinating patient services, optimizing clinic workflows, overseeing budgets, and maintaining adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. The Clinic Manager will also be involved in staff training and development to ensure continued professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications

  • OSCAR, Telus, Accuro EMR experience a strong asset
  • Must have a vehicle and be willing to do site visits
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices
  • Proven experience in Training and developing staff
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in implementing telemedicine and digital health solutions is a plus
