The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and curious Analyst to support Go-to-Market (GTM) and Commercialization efforts across our Payments and Open Banking portfolio. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will support strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, preparing business cases, and assisting in cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to take initiative.
 

This is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically 1 to 2 days per week. New employees are expected to be onsite 2 to 3 times a week during their first three months to support onboarding and collaboration. #LI-Hybrid
 

About The Role

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the development of GTM strategies for new and existing Payments and Open Banking initiatives.
  • Support the creation of business cases, including opportunity sizing and investment rationale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Technology) to gather inputs and track progress.
  • Contribute to commercialization efforts such as pricing analysis, positioning research, and channel strategy support.
  • Help manage project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You Need To Succeed:

Education:

  • University Degree – Undergraduate or Business graduate preferred
  • Relevant certifications within Product Management are preferred

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or operations. Ideally within fintech, SaaS B2B, or payments.
  • Domain knowledge within Banking, Finance or a Technology Provider space
  • Familiarity with GTM or commercialization concepts.

Skill requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, market sizing, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Exposure to payments, Open Banking, or financial services.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance considerations.
