Senior Security System Technician
Vipond Inc. is a leading security systems integrator based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Technician. The ideal candidate would to be able to run installation projects. In this role the technician will be responsible for installing and servicing electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control systems, intercom and intrusion.
We are looking for:
- Experienced with Alarm Systems (DSC, Honeywell…), CCTV (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon ….), Access Control (Lenel, Software House, Genetec - Synergis, Avigilon, RBH), Intercom (Harding, Aiphone), and Audio systems (TOA).
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electronic security systems and network.
- Experience with PLC (OMRON) and network switches (Cisco/HP) would be an asset.
- Provide customer with professional training for proper usage of the systems.
- Maintain a high level of safety and professionalism
- Complete detailed and accurate paperwork.
Required license or certification:
- Driver License (Clear Driving Record)
- Clean Criminal Record
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, overtime may be needed
Experience:
- Security Technician: 5 years (preferred)
