Job Description:

About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Sanitation Person to join our team in Brantford. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and compliant production environment by following strict sanitation procedures and ensuring all equipment and areas meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily sanitation tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, bins, drains, and entrances to prevent contamination.
• Accurately complete required documentation such as cleaning logs, water temperatures, and chemical concentration records.
• Handle and mix cleaning chemicals to proper titration levels; ensure secure storage and prevent leaks or spills.
• Operate sanitation equipment (e.g., sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers) and perform basic maintenance such as O-ring replacement and lubrication.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure swab testing meets company and regulatory standards, and follow all sanitation protocols.

Important Details:
This is a full-time, permanent role on the Weekend Nights shift, operating from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday.About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you have:

• The physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 25 kg), squatting, and standing for extended periods in wet environments.
• Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment operation and perform basic assembly, disassembly, and maintenance tasks.
