**Insurance Account Representative – Insurance Sales & Service - Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work to meet both individual and team production goals.
  • Use a customer centric approach to provide wow factor servicing for our clients existing insurance plans.
  • Effectively communicating Insurance products to clients.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.

Requirements
:

  • General Level 1 Insurance License
  • 1 year experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
  • Diligent and hardworking
  • Proactive in problem solving

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Calgary AB, this is not a remote role.
