Your main challenges in this role: 

Exuding excellence in code craftsmanship and swiftly tackling technical challenges Pioneering innovative, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions Spearheading software design and ensuring alignment with long-term objectives Crafting and upholding meticulous technical documentation Advocating best practices and nurturing junior developers to greatness Steering the team towards sound technical decisions while staying abreast of advancements Upholding software quality and unwavering adherence to standards Playing a pivotal role in project planning, diligently tracking progress, and adeptly managing risks Facilitating seamless team communication and bridging any existing gaps Engaging with clients or customers and adeptly addressing their concerns

Skills and Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science A robust 7+ years' tenure in software development or programming Profound comprehension of cloud architecture and data structures Extensive mastery in front-end technologies, encompassing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Proficiency in React, Angular, or another contemporary front-end framework Bonus points for familiarity with additional front-end frameworks or libraries like Blazor (C#) Proficiency in working with Apache Pulsar and Apache Avro or equivalent messaging platforms Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services Ability to dissect complex technical information with finesse Comfort and proficiency in designing and implementing micro-services to tackle real-world challenges Impeccably meticulous and organized work approach A logical, analytical, and creatively inclined problem-solving mindset A detail-oriented and unwaveringly security-conscious work ethic
