Capital Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our busy, well-equipped dealership. Whether you're a Red Seal Journeyperson or a skilled technician with a proven track record, we offer the tools, training, and environment to help you succeed.

- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford, Lincoln and off-make vehicles
- Collaborate with service advisors and the parts team for an efficient workflow
- Document all work performed with clarity and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized bay with a strong safety focus
- Journeyperson certification or substantial experience as an automotive tech
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Ford or domestic vehicle experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
