The Client:
Our client is a global leader in healthcare packaging solutions. This organization specializes in labels, folding cartons, expanded-content literature and smart packaging built for the highly regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics sectors.
What you will achieve in this role:
In this role, you'll drive sales growth in the healthcare packaging sector through strategic account management and new business development. Partner with leading healthcare and life sciences organizations to deliver innovative, compliant labeling and packaging solutions while building long-term client relationships across Southern Ontario and beyond.
- Manage and expand key national healthcare accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Drive annual revenue growth through strategic relationship management and value-driven packaging solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits and business reviews across Ontario; frequent travel is required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, quality, and customer service teams to deliver compliant and innovative solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage the sales pipeline, monitor performance, and prepare accurate forecasts.
- Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and market presence.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to foster long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical consultation on labeling and folding carton products, ensuring alignment with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What you must bring to this role:
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the labels, packaging, folding carton, or printing sectors, with a track record of driving growth and client partnerships.
- Strong technical understanding of production processes and healthcare industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve multimillion-dollar sales quotas.
- Experience using Salesforce is mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to travel.
