We're hiring a
Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across the organization. You'll be the glue between
Product Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Technical Teams
, making sure everyone is aligned, informed, and moving forward together.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timelines are met (internally & externally)
  • Keep documentation organized — schedules, reports, and status updates
  • Track deliverables and escalate blockers before they become problems
  • Plan team meetings, workshops, and communications — capture decisions & next steps
  • Support risk management and change control processes
  • Monitor progress using tools like
    Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Help optimize workflows and identify improvement opportunities

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administration
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in
    Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
  • Familiarity with
    Agile or Waterfall
    delivery methods
