Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be proficient in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
  • Perform tasks such as flooring installation, cabinet installation, and roofing.
  • Execute construction painting and siding installation as needed.
  • Lay tiles accurately and efficiently for various projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and within project timelines.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Utilize CNC machinery for precise cuts and designs when required.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to plumb and level during installations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in various carpentry techniques including flooring installation, cabinet installation, roofing, tile laying, siding, and construction painting.
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
