This includes Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems (VFSS), special hazard systems, fixed fire systems, detection, and emergency evacuation solutions.You will shape segment strategy, support sales execution, strengthen vendor partnerships, and grow recurring service revenue. This role works closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and key suppliers to accelerate demand, enable the field, and elevate Levitt-Safety's presence across Canada.The ideal candidate can be based out of any one of our branch locations. What You'll DoStrategize, build and execute go-to-market plans focusing on installations, commissioning, maintenance, and service bundles.Grow revenue in core verticals (mining, marine, transportation, forestry) and expand into emerging markets (data centres, lithium, agri-food, logistics, energy).Support sales teams with account strategy, new product launches, service contracts, and renewals.Define segment pricing and lifecycle service packages to position Levitt-Safety as a trusted long-term partner.Collaborate with Marketing to develop content, campaigns, and digital assets that elevate Fire solutions.Align Fire products with service-driven offerings, including extended service packages and recurring programs.Drive innovation in service delivery through digitization, automation, and continuous improvement.Support company-wide service goals by sharing best practices and championing service-led solutions.Act as primary liaison with vendors, partners and key suppliers to align on product strategy, service opportunities, and joint marketing.Represent Levitt-Safety at trade shows, webinars, and industry events.Work cross-functionally to ensure strong execution of product strategy, quoting, service programs, and customer experience.Lead internal training for Sales and Service using solution-based selling approaches.Coach teams to increase confidence and capability in Fire-related opportunities.Serve as the segment subject-matter expert across Canada.Role RequirementsBackground in technical sales, service, or marketing within fire protection, suppression, or life-safety systems (VFSS, special hazard systems preferred) Ability to act as segment subject matter expert (SME), partnering with BDMs and Service teams to identify market needs and drive sales and service initiatives.Proven experience in B2B Services or Solutions industries, with exposure to product, service, or lifecycle program exposure.Strong collaboration and leadership skills; ability to align diverse teams toward shared goals.Demonstrated success in building and managing pipelines or service portfolios in specialized vertical markets.Creative problem solver with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Comfortable with travel – overnight and extended stays, where required What's in it for youCompetitive salary that reflects the strategic impact of this roleFull benefits package - medical, dental, vision, EAP, and family coverageRRSP match + annual profit sharingDiscounted fitness membershipsHigh-impact career growth in a national, safety-focused organizationOpportunities to lead market strategy, shape new solutions, and work with cutting-edge fire protection technologiesA supportive, people-first culture built on our Face of Levitt-Safety Fundamentals - where your expertise truly makes an impactThis role shapes and drives the business strategy for Levitt-Safety's Fire Protection and Suppression - ensuring we grow solution and service revenue, expand market share, and strengthen our position as a trusted safety lifecycle partner.Success includes improving customer retention and acquisition, enabling seamless execution of lifecycle programs, supporting digital and field-based demand generation, and ensuring our teams are equipped to confidently sell and deliver fire solutions across Canada.Levitt-Safety is committed to the principle of employment equity in the workplace and ensures that our practices of hiring are based on qualifications and ability. We invite all applicants, including persons with disabilities, visible minorities, and Indigenous Peoples to apply for our career opportunities.  We understand that experience comes in many forms and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.
