We are looking for someone with strong experience in FOH roles.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to oversee our operations in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
  • Supervise and train staff in various roles.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle cash management and POS operations.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Understanding the brand voice, and ensuring the guest experience matches it.
  • Track and manage sales, labour costs, and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in interviewing and training staff.
  • A strong ability to delegate and foster accountability with staff.
  • Ability to generate and understand reports.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to implement systems and ensure their execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
