Role Summary

You will lead the analysis, design, integration, testing, and implementation of business systems that improve efficiency across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Quality. You will also run light-weight PMO governance to coordinate department managers, using RACI and stage-gate practices to deliver cross-functional initiatives on time and to spec. The role combines business systems depth with practical project leadership in a manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Analysis & Delivery (NOC-core)

• Elicit and document business requirements with stakeholders; translate into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze current processes and information flows; design solutions that improve performance, quality, and compliance.
• Configure and integrate platforms including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Planner), CRM (HubSpot/Maximizer/Airtable), and related apps.
• Plan and execute system tests; validate data integrity; produce implementation and test reports.
• Implement solutions, migrations, and integrations; establish SOPs, data models, and security/retention rules.
• Act as liaison between business units and technical vendors; provide advice on strategy, policy, and service delivery.
• Build and maintain management dashboards (Power BI) for KPIs across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality.

Management of Managers: Project Governance

• Stand up and run a light PMO cadence for cross-department programs; chair weekly stand-ups with department managers.
• Define RACI for each initiative; keep the single source of truth for who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed.
• Own scope, schedule, risk log, decision log, and change control; drive stage gates from requirements to adoption.
• Coordinate internal managers and external vendors; clear blockers; escalate trade-offs to the CEO with options and impacts.
• Track benefits realization post-go-live (time saved, error rate, lead-time reduction, cost per transaction).

Process, Quality, and Continuous Improvement

• Document workflows and SOPs; embed CAPA, RMA, and quality checkpoints into digital processes.
• Train end users and managers; create job aids and run adoption metrics.
• Maintain compliance with data governance and auditability requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in business systems analysis, process automation, or business technology management.
• Proven experience leading multi-department projects with RACI and stage-gate governance.
• Proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, Planner) and modern CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills; able to translate business needs into implementable designs.
• Manufacturing exposure (engineering data, BOMs, quality workflows) and experience managing external consultants/vendors.
