The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Parts Person at our Meadow Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service every single day.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Parts Department, you'll play an important role in keeping our service operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. In this position, you will:

  • Receive, sort, and organize incoming parts and supplies efficiently.
  • Reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy between physical counts and system data.
  • Maintain and update purchasing files, price lists, and inventory reports.
  • Store and label parts in an orderly, accessible manner to optimize workflow.
  • Process requisitions and distribute parts for internal use within the dealership.
  • Track stock levels, manage orders, and prepare requisitions to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Assist retail and internal customers by providing accurate information on part availability, pricing, and suitability.
  • Handle and process returns professionally and promptly.

What You Bring:

  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with great attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Prior experience in an automotive parts or service department is considered an asset.
