Job Summary

We are seeking someone whos is interested in working abroad in the Caribbean and is an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization Fabrizone Cleaning Professionals in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and success across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery
  • Lead, motivate, and manage department managers and staff to foster a productive work environment
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Establish policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion or improvement
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization
  • Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and community engagements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior management or executive leadership role
  • Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • Experience with team development, change management, and organizational growth strategies

This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to work abroad for a dynamic well established business with over 25 years of service in the Cayman Islands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
