-
Strong knowledge of U.S. and/or Canadian real estate regulatory requirements.
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
-
Clear and effective communication skills for working with Brokers, Transaction staff, and Agents.
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of files in a fast-paced environment.
-
Proficiency with transaction management software and compliance/audit tools.
-
Active real estate license in good standing (preferred).
Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
-
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.
-
Background in real estate and technology-driven operations is highly desirable.
