We're building an intelligent communication platform already live in dozens of private clinics. Our mission: to help healthcare organizations reduce no-shows, manage communications 24/7, and support staff with operations - so clinicians can focus on delivering care.
We're now looking for a
Customer Success and AI Onboarding Intern
to develop, test and deliver our AI Agents and to ensure every new clinic enjoys a smooth and high-quality onboarding experience. As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology, including our AI agents that power key parts of the platform. Your role will help shape how clinics adopt and benefit from these intelligent tools.
This is a unique opportunity to join early a startup in growth, learn directly from the cofounding team, work hands on with advanced AI driven workflows, and help us build a world-class client experience rooted in attention to detail and a strong commitment to going the extra mile.
You Role
- Work closely with the COO to support daily client operations
- Assist in onboarding new clinics from setup to training
- Ensure every detail is correct during onboarding such as configuration, data, and workflows
- Maintain documentation, checklists, and internal tracking systems
- Support client success by helping identify issues and coordinating solutions
- Suggest improvements to enhance onboarding and support processes

Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un·e Stagiaire en Service Client et Onboarding IA pour développer, tester et déployer nos agents IA, et pour garantir que chaque nouveau client bénéficie d'une expérience d'onboarding fluide et de grande qualité.
Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler avec des technologies de pointe, notamment nos agents IA qui alimentent des composantes essentielles de la plateforme. Votre rôle contribuera à façonner la manière dont les cliniques adoptent et tirent parti de ces outils intelligents.

Votre rôle
- Travailler étroitement avec le COO pour soutenir les opérations clients au quotidien
- Participer à l'onboarding des nouvelles cliniques, de la configuration à la formation
- Vérifier chaque détail lors de l'intégration, notamment la configuration, les données et les flux de travail
- Mettre à jour la documentation, les checklists et les outils internes de suivi
- Contribuer au succès client en identifiant les problèmes et en coordonnant les solutions
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus d'onboarding et de support

- Sens du détail exceptionnel et grande rigueur

- Bilingue français et anglais
- Aise dans les échanges directs avec les clients et communication claire
- Curiosité pour le domaine de la santé, la technologie et l'intelligence artificielle
- Proactif·ve, organisé·e et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Aime résoudre des problèmes et simplifier des besoins complexes
- Bonus si vous avez une expérience en service client ou dans un rôle en contact direct avec les utilisateurs
