Senior Law Clerk - Personal Injury

North Toronto

Our client, a firm known for the excellent work they do, is in need of Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Clerk to join its team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside one of the named partners of the firm. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with the best of the best

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience;
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of Tort and Accident Benefits;
  • Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, as well as being able to keep the ball rolling on files;
  • The ability to deal with clients and opposing counsel in a professional manner;
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for being successful for this role.
