Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Product team as a Senior Director of Product. In this role, you will be driving the product development process, executing the product strategy and roadmap, and overseeing implementations of product deployments with Brim's B2B partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the solutioning and strategic execution for implementing payment solutions and product releases, including prepaid solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams (technology, operations, design, risk, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
  • Define product positioning and value proposition by gathering insights from customers and industry trends.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and success metrics to support continuous improvements.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management in US and Canada credit cards and payments industry including prepaid cards and cross-border payments.
  • Experience in leading implementations with B2B partners
  • Ability to lead complex businesses or product lines to growth through innovation and creativity.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar) with an ability to collaborate with technical teams is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of energy, creativity, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
