We have an opening for a full time EVENING SHIFT Production Supervisor at our Calgary Alberta factory located at # th street SE.

The Production Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager. The Production Supervisor's primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of superior manufactured product to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining a safe working environment and staff relationship conducive to productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing employee activities and daily performances.

· Manage the daily distribution of tasks to ensure the efficiencies and quality standards are maintained.

· Ability to correctly provide inventory cycle counts.

· Ensure a safe working environment and addressing housekeeping issues relating to the premises and equipment.

· Uphold all company policies.

· Other duties as may be required by Plant Manager

Requirements, skills and qualifications

· 3-5 years of proven supervisory experience

· Excellent people management and leadership skills

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

· High school diploma- minimum, College Diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Pro-active individual capable of identifying problems, recommending solutions, and implementing corrective actions either individually or as part of a team.
