The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. The TPM will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing complex, cross-functional technical projects. You will work closely with engineering, product management, customer success, Fraud and Risk Management and other teams to ensure that our product development initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilites
  • Project Alignment and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Integration teams to understand the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from various stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals.

  • Execution Planning and Coordination: Partner with engineering leads to contribute to the development of detailed execution plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Help identify and track dependencies across multiple teams and projects.

  • Implementation and Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of technical projects against established timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

  • Maintain project documentation and track key milestones, providing visibility to the entire team.

  • Launch Support and Monitoring: Support product launches by coordinating communication, assisting with training materials, and ensuring all teams are prepared.

  • Help monitor key performance metrics post-launch to ensure products are meeting expectations.

  • Communication and Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates on program status, risks, and milestones to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential issues and risks within the program and work with the team to develop mitigation plans.

  • Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to feedback loops with Product and Engineering teams to help refine program execution plans and improve development processes.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a software development company.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A proactive and collaborative problem-solver.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the geolocation, compliance, cybersecurity, or iGaming industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $96,000/year up to $132,000/year. Pay is based on several factors evaluated throughout the interview, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At GeoComply, our salary bands are crafted with purpose.
