Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
in the
manufacturing Industry
in
a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
This is a support-focused position where you'll follow clearly defined procedures to assist customers, process orders, and prepare correspondence. You'll work under immediate supervision, relying on pre-established guidelines to perform your tasks. Your goal? Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction.
A Typical Day
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and French
- Process orders and prepare customer communications
- use Oracle CRM Demand to manage customer data and workflows
- Follow structured procedures and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- 2-5 Years of experience in similar role
Soft Skills
- Highly punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with customer service practices and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a defined framework
