Learning Management System (LMS) Advisor

Are you ready to take your expertise in LMS systems to the next level? Kelly is seeking a short-term Learning Management System Advisor with technical expertise in Workday Learning (or similar systems) to support high-impact digital learning initiatives.
Primary Focus Areas:
- Content Archiving
- Metadata Cleanup
- Campaign Conversion (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deactivate outdated courses and ensure learning paths remain functional
- Audit and enhance metadata on eLearning assets, standardizing categories and tags
- Improve learner search and navigation; document processes for ongoing maintenance
- Support campaign conversion by collaborating with partners on engagement formats and business rules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—especially in high-volume data work
- Background in content governance, metadata management, or eLearning administration is an asset
- Technical expertise in data management and loading to support metadata growth
