Sheet Metal Worker – Job PostingJob Summary

Infinite Air Solutions Ltd. is seeking skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Workers to join our growing team servicing the GTA. The ideal candidate has experience in installation, and repair of HVAC sheet metal components, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll work on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects, supporting installations of ductwork, ventilation systems, rooftop units, make-up air systems, and more.

  • Location: GTA (Greater Toronto Area) – jobs are dispatched across the GTA, not tied to a single shop location
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Start Date: As soon as possible / flexible
  • Compensation: Competitive based on experience
  • Work Environment: Field installation, residential, commercial and industrial job sites
  • Duties Include:
  • Install, and modify sheet metal ductwork
  • Measure, cut, and assemble various sheet metal components
  • Install ventilation, HVAC components, and related equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Work alongside installers, apprentices, and project managers
  • Ensure work meets building codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as required

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • 2+ years experience in HVAC sheet metal work (or willingness to train apprentices)
  • Ability to install, and repair duct systems
  • Experience with residential, commercial and industrial HVAC installations
  • Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and measurements
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment
  • Knowledge of Ontario building codes and safety standards is an asset
  • Valid G driver's license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
