Hybrid Position:
Yes, two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Structuring change initiatives according to PROSCI's ADKAR model
o Develop change plans integrating the five dimensions of the ADKAR model: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.
o Ensure consistency between transformation objectives and stakeholder engagement levers.
o Sample deliverables: multi-channel communication plan, explanatory videos and presentations, industry benchmarks and success indicators, risk analysis, stakeholder mapping, and impacts.
• Process Documentation:
o Collaborate with teams to map current processes and define target processes.
o Identify groups impacted by changes and assess organizational gaps.
• Change Readiness Analysis:
o Assess the readiness level of impacted groups.
o Develop communication and training plans tailored to the specific needs of end users.
• Resistance Management:
o Implement tactics to anticipate, understand, and reduce individual and organizational resistance.
o Foster buy-in to change through targeted interventions and feedback mechanisms.
• Adoption and Competence Monitoring:
o Assess end-user adoption, usage, and competence.
o Adjust interventions based on observed results to maximize the impact of the change.
• Support for Managers and Sponsors:
o Support managers in their role as change catalysts.
o Provide tools and guidance to strengthen their transformational leadership.
Desired profile:
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in change management
• Proven experience in change management in complex contexts.
• Experience in change management in a web project involving content production via a CMS
• Experience in change management in the implementation of a Content Supply Chain process (an asset)
• Mastery of the ADKAR model and PROSCI certification
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to listen, be tactful, and results-oriented.
