Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver items to customers from local retailers and online marketplace sellers.
  • Use the Pilot X app to accept and manage delivery requests in real-time.
  • Ensure deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
  • Handle packages with care and follow any specific delivery instructions.
  • Report any delivery issues or incidents through the app or to the support team.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and local driving regulations.
  • Represent the Pilot X brand in a professional and respectful manner.

As a Pilot X Delivery Partner, You Will:

  • Support your local community through timely and reliable deliveries.
  • Choose your own vehicle type (car, bicycle, scooter) and set your own hours.
  • Earn through an equitable pay model, starting with a base pay of $5.70 to $10.40 per order delivered plus 100% of your tips.

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Car, SUV, or truck
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Clear background check
  • Vehicle insurance
