Play Project is an organization that is dedicated to spreading knowledge and awareness of parkour in Burlington and the surrounding area. Play Project takes pride in carrying out quality programming for children, teens and adults.

Job Summary
Play Project is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to help keep our parkour gym clean, organized, and safe for all guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing a thorough job, notices the small things others might miss, and doesn't mind stepping beyond a checklist when something needs tidying.
Our facility includes training spaces, offices, change rooms, and bathrooms. You'll be responsible for following our established cleaning routines while also identifying areas that could use extra care. We're looking for someone who works independently, takes initiative, and understands that a clean space makes a big impact on our community.
Candidates may also be given the option to clean other buildings if they're interested in more hours (a bouldering gym and residential properties owned by Play Project).
Responsibilities and Duties
-Clean and maintain all areas of the gym, including training floors, bathrooms, lobby, and staff spaces.
-Restock/maintain inventory of cleaning and bathroom supplies as needed
-Report low supplies inventory to management, so more can be purchased
-Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces
-Sweep, mop, vacuum, and take out garbage and recycling
-Identify and address additional cleaning or organization needs when they arise
-Provide feedback on what's working or could be improved in the cleaning routine
Performance Expectations
-Strong attention to detail
-Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
-Takes initiative to clean and organize beyond assigned tasks
-Dependable and punctual
-Respectful and professional in a shared workspace
-Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
