Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the delivery flow of our consumer direct and wholesale chains and optimizing supply chain processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. This is a Thursday - Monday Schedule. Candidates must be available on these days.

Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage warehouse distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Utilize OptimoRoute delivery software
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement within logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with admin, marketing and IT teams on sourcing materials and managing inventory levels.
  • Implement demand planning strategies to optimize stock levels based on market trends.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of material costs, pricing, and inventory management
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by coordinating packaging and shipping of online orders.
  • Support Admin team with customer support related to delivery logistics
  • Managing delivery team drivers with scheduling, weekly communications, training and performance reviews
  • Maintaining delivery fleet maintenance and cleaning schedules
  • Weekly reporting and implementation of mapping and routing based on order volumes and locations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a customer centric environment.
  • Familiarity with purchasing, materials management, and procurement processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive process improvements.
  • Experience with fleet management, order picking, and shipping & receiving operations.
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using various software tools related to logistics, including optimoroute, TMS, WMS, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
