About the Role

The Photobooth Attendant ensures successful event activations by transporting, setting up, operating, and packing down photobooth equipment, while delivering a fun and engaging guest experience.

What You'll Do

Event Operations

  • Transport photobooth equipment from warehouse to event sites
  • Set up and test booths before event start, operate photobooth, and take a lead
  • Engage with guests, encourage participation, and create a fun atmosphere
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site
  • Pack and return equipment to warehouse after events
  • Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos to showcase guest reactions, venue, and workflow

Customer Service

  • Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and event teams

A Day in the Life

As an Event Staff member at MDRN, no two days are the same — but every shift is filled with energy, interaction, and creativity. You'll start by picking up your photobooth kit from the warehouse and heading to the event venue, whether it's a wedding, gala, or corporate launch. Once you've set up and tested the photobooth, you'll greet guests, run the event, take photos, and keep the energy high throughout the event. You'll also take behind-the-scenes photos and videos to capture the energy of the event and share the MDRN experience. You'll troubleshoot small issues on the fly and make sure every guest leaves with a great experience (and a great photo). After the event, you'll carefully pack down the equipment, return it to the warehouse, and share any notes with the team. It's the perfect role for someone who's tech-savvy, outgoing, and loves taking photos.
