Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help create a positive atmosphere for our guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations, utensils, and beverages.
  • Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed throughout service hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
  • Assist guests with their needs while providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.
  • Perform bussing duties to clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meals.

Experience

Ideal candidates will possess a variety of skills that enhance their ability to succeed in this role:

  • Kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurants or hotels.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Experience in guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and support.
